For the past 30 years, our commitment to seniors and individuals with disabilities has grown stronger. Through our free transportation assistance program, we help ensure that our most vulnerable neighbors receive the medical care they depend on, removing transportation barriers and fostering independence. This service is more than just a ride—it’s a lifeline, a connection, and a promise that no one in our community is left behind.
